Our Cafeterias
The Pats Peak Cafeteria offers quality fresh foods at affordable
prices!
Many of our dishes are homemade right in our own kitchen!
The Main Cafeteria opens one
hour before lifts daily so feel free to come early and
enjoy breakfast, which we cook to order for each customer.
The Main Cafeteria closes 15 to 30 minutes after lifts
so those of you who must get the last run of the day in may still
stop in and get a bite to eat or a hot drink before heading home.
No meal is complete without a Pats Peak Famous M&M
Cookie for dessert. These cookies are baked from scratch,
no mixes here, and are made fresh daily. The recipe is Pats Peak
own and has been the same for as long as we can remember!
Another Pats Peak favorite is our own homemade chili.
Once again we have been using the same secret recipe for years and
years. Our Chef, Guy Pelletier, makes the chili from scratch every
single day.
In addition to chili we also have beef stew, clam chowder,
and a soup of the day. Most ski areas have beef stew, but
not many make their own beef stew from scratch. There are many quality
pre-made beef stews on the market, but our Chef Guy could not find
one that he liked, so he also makes the beef stew from scratch!
We could buy pre-made pizza as well, but once again Chef Guy was
not happy with the quality of the products available, so he insists
that we make our own homemade pizza instead. Cheese
and Pepperoni are available by the slice or by the pie.
Each morning as our guests are having breakfast our kitchen staff
is busy making fresh salads and sandwiches. Our
sandwiches are made with the best quality meats and cheeses and
made on a variety of fresh breads. When you stop in for lunch you'll
find these fresh salads and sandwiches in the display cooler.
For
those of you who ski and ride often at Pats Peak you'll always find
something different when you stop in for lunch. Chef Guy prepares
a unique lunch special each day, which becomes
available at 11am until usually around 2pm.
And of course, for the kids (and adults too), we have burgers,
dogs, french fries and chicken tenders too! Veggie
Burgers are available as well, just ask for one and we'll
make it fresh for you.
Tradewinds Cafe is
located in the Valley Lodge. Open for lunch and dinner. You will
find beverages and lighter fare.
We know were doing something right because the two comments
we overhear our guests say time and time again are:
"The food is really good here!"
"The prices here are so much more reasonable than other
places we've been."
And lastly, if you’re looking for something a little fancier
we have a Pub Menu upstairs in the Sled
Pub!
