How do
I make a reservation?
To insure that your group has the best experience, contact
Group Sales as soon as your plans come together, to make a reservation.
Group Sales will send you all the information and forms
needed: Call 1-888-728-7732 ext 106 or groupsales@patspeak.com.
Do I
need Chaperones?
Most groups want chaperones and we provide a free chaperone lift ticket
for each 15 paid lift tickets (Exception: POP tickets & Snowtubing
tickets we do not provide complimentary chaperone tickets). A chaperone
is someone over the age of 18 years.
What
if my group needs rentals?
Rental Forms need to be completed prior to arrival and signed by a
parent or legal guardian BEFORE arrival to the mountain. Rental Forms
must include height, weight, age and skier/rider. The form cannot
be processed unless this information is complete. The Group Leader
is responsible for bringing the completed Rental Forms to Pats Peak
with their Group Name on the top of each Rental Form.
* DO NOT go to the Rental Shop until tickets have been picked
up at the Group Shack.
Important Note: Helmets are not included in rentals. Helmet
rentals are available for $8 per day.
*The Rental Form is available online: Printable
Rental Form (.pdf file)
When
do I give my final counts?
The Wednesday BEFORE your trip to the mountain contact Group
Sales with your anticipated number of Lift Tickets, Combo Packages
and Snowtubing Tickets.
We need the following breakdowns:
1. Total number of guests
2. Rentals (Ski/Snowboard)
3. Lessons Times & Levels (Ski/Snowboard)
4. Time of Arrival, Departure, & Mode of Transportation
We understand that changes sometimes need to be made the day of the
trip...NO WORRIES!
Please feel free to fax the Trip Planner to us on Wednesday at (603)
428-7821.
Collect all monies before arrival to the mountain as we only accept
one form of payment
(Check, Cash, MC, Visa, AMEX).
What
happens when we arrive at Pats Peak?
Stay together & check-in at the Group Sales Shack, located
at the top right side of the parking lot.
What
happens at Check-In?
The Group Leader will pick up the Total number of tickets, Combo Packages
and Snowtubing Tickets. Payment is collected in one form on the day
of the trip.
What
happens after Check-In?
Once the tickets have been picked up the group can proceed to the
Rental Shop and designated Lesson Times.
Ski Patrol Forms: After checking in at the Group
Shack the Group Leader will proceed to the Ski Patrol office and drop
off the Ski Patrol Forms.
Emergency Release Medical Forms: This form needs
to be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian for each minor
in the group BEFORE arrival to the mountain. The Group Leader keeps
these forms in the event of an emergency giving the leader the authorization
to have the group member treated. It is a good idea to bring an extra
vehicle in case of an emergency.
Have A Terrific
Day On The Slopes!
