Assistant Banquet Manager
Assist in the coordination and supervise the execution of events, weddings and banquets. Including the setup/breakdown of event rooms and ensuring clients' specifications are adhered to. Coordinate between the vendors and clients the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Possess knowledge of food production and service and have the ability to perform all positions in banquet operations in order to supervise and direct banquet personnel. Flexible, friendly, confident, team player and possess an outgoing personality. Willing to go above and beyond expectations of the guests.
Weekends/Nights/Holidays are a MUST. This is a part time position and can be year-round or seasonal. Prior experience in Banquet service and/or management roles preferred.
