Combination Banquet Season Prep Cook and Ski Season Pub Line Cook
Duties include, but not limited to helping Chef with preparation of appetizers, entrees and salads. Assisting in the execution of each banquet. Responsible for assisting in inventory control and overseeing cleanliness and closing of the kitchen. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. frequently up and down stairs. Weekends and evenings an absolute must!
Ski season requires strong line cooking skills (minimum 2 years experience preferred) for a busy Pub Menu. Must work well with other cooks and servers and maintain composure under pressure.
