Pats Peak Hiring Fair

Pats Peak has many full-time and part-time seasonal job opportunities each winter. Please bring (2) TWO forms of identification with you to the Hiring Fair.

All applicants are encouraged to attend our Hiring Fair regardless of whether or not you have already submitted an application (except for Ski and Snowboard Instructors). Returning employees are also encouraged to attend the Hiring Fair unless otherwise notified by your manager. People who interview at the Hiring Fair are more likely to get selected for a position than people who do not. Department Heads will contact you for interview appointments for positions that were not filled during the Hiring Fair.

CASHIER: ASSISTANT MANAGER

Ideal candidate will have experience running cash registers in a faced pace environment and managing a staff. Nights and weekends are a must. Position is full-time/seasonal starting in mid-December. FUN SQUAD: ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Fun Squad department is looking for a seasonal, full-time Assistant Manager. Positive energy and great people skills are a must. Departmental responsibilities include: Hospitality Greeters, Mascots, Children's Fun Activities, Lift Line Supervision and Coordination, Assist Special Events Director. RACE DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Position is seasonal.  (Hours vary depending on time of season.  Average hours per week 40).  Hours Monday through Thursday 10:30am-9:30pm with some early days and weekends.  Position requires individual with high level of customer service, organization and team skills.  
Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Organize and scheduling training for High School race teams.
  • Schedule and reschedule races through-out the season.  
  • Manage communications with coaches and corporate racers.  
  • Data entry, letter writing, ticket sales, phone and billing.  
  • Race timing (sports timing)

Reporting, reconciling all accounts, payroll and percentages of earning and losses.  
Required Skills: The position requires a high school diploma, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.  Excellent customer service, organization, and grammar skills with the ability to communicate with corporate racers, coaches and guests in a courteous, tactful and concise manner are essential.
Do not need to know how to ski or snowboard.

RACE COACHES

SKI AND SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTORS

Full and Part-time positions available. Must be 16 years or older to be an instructor. Previous experience is a plus. Instructor applicants are encouraged to attend all meetings below. For additional information: Bertie Holland, bertie@patspeak.com or (603) 428-3245, ext 114.

INSTRUCTOR FALL MEETING, Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 10:00am sharp: There will be a brief meeting to go over what is expected of you as well as an update on meeting and training dates. We will be in the backside of the Rental Shop in the Valley Lodge.

JUMP START TO TEACHING SESSIONS: Wednesday, November 5, 2014 and Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Skiers will be in the Oak Room in the Main Lodge. Boarders will be in the Valley Lodge.

INSTRUCTOR HIRING CLINIC is scheduled for Saturday & Sunday, December 13 & 14 on snow for all instructors. We plan to be on snow both days so come prepared. If you want a job, you must come both days. This is your interview - skills and personality a PLUS!
