CLEANING: ASSISTANT MANAGER
We are looking for a full-time seasonal assistant cleaning manager. Duties required but not limited to are; hiring, training and coaching of staff. We also open and close the lodges before and after each business day. You must be able to supervise and delegate daily duties to a staff of approx. 30 people. Daily duties include maintaining cleanliness in all lodges, bathrooms and grounds. We also set up lodges for special events. This position does require constant walking and climbing of stairs and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekly hours during peak attendance times will approach 50-60 hours and 6 to 7 days per week. FUN SQUAD: ASSISTANT MANAGER
Position requires management experience guiding, shaping, training and scheduling a staff of 40 employees. Departmental responsibilities include: Hospitality Greeters, Mascots, Children's Fun Activities, Lift Line Supervision and Coordination, Ticket Checking, Snowshoe Trail Maintenance and Assisting the Special Events Director. RACE DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position is seasonal. (Hours vary depending on time of season. Average hours per week 40). Hours Monday through Thursday 10:30am-9:30pm with some early days and weekends. Position requires individual with high level of customer service, organization and team skills.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Organize and scheduling training for High School race teams.
- Schedule and reschedule races through-out the season.
- Manage communications with coaches and corporate racers.
- Data entry, letter writing, ticket sales, phone and billing.
- Race timing (sports timing)
- Reporting, reconciling all accounts, payroll and percentages of earning and losses.
- Required Skills: The position requires a high school diploma, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service, organization, and grammar skills with the ability to communicate with corporate racers, coaches and guests in a courteous, tactful and concise manner are essential.
- Do not need to know how to ski or snowboard.

SKI & SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTORS
Full and Part-time positions available. Must be 16 years or older to be an instructor. Previous experience is a plus. Instructor applicants are encouraged to attend all meetings below:
Instructor Fall Meeting: Sunday, November 6th at 10:00am sharp: There will be a brief meeting in the backside of the Rental Shop to go over what is expected of you as well as an update on meeting and training dates.
Jump Start to Teaching: Wednesday, November 9th and November 16th: Indoor training for being a ski or snowboard instructor.
Hiring Clinic: Saturday, December 10th and Sunday, December 11th: The plan is to be on snow both days so come prepared. If you want a job, you must come both days. This is your interview - skills and personality a PLUS!

All applicants are encouraged to attend our Hiring Fair regardless of whether or not you have already submitted an application (except for Ski and Snowboard Instructors). Returning employees are also encouraged to attend the Hiring Fair unless otherwise notified by your manager. People who interview at the Hiring Fair are more likely to get selected for a position than people who do not. Department Heads will contact you for interview appointments for positions that were not filled during the Hiring Fair.
