Learn to Ski and Snowboard Programs
| The
Pats Peak Ski and Snowboard School bases its instruction on
the American Teaching System, a method used by the Professional
Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and the American Association
of Snowboard Instructors (AASI).
This system presents a proven
program for developing and refining skills. Pats Peak is a
member school of PSIA and AASI - Eastern Division. |

1st Session Learn to Ski
and Snowboard Program
For Prescheduled School Groups.
- Application Deadline: October
26, 2007.
- Classes start on your scheduled day starting
Wednesday, January 2, 2008.
- Classes will continue, weather
permitting, for five consecutive weeks.
- No classes on Civil Rights Day, Monday,
January 21, 2008.
Makeup date will be February 11, 2008.
- Classes will be kept to a maximum of
12 Students.
- Students must be at least six years old
by 1/1/08 and in first grade to participate.
- For cancellation
information due to weather, please call your group coordinator.
- A student choosing Lift Only
must be a strong intermediate skier/snowboarder, level 5
or above.
- A full rental package is available. No
partial rentals.
- If Renting Skis - Please indicate skier
type and fill out all information on our application.
- THERE WILL
BE NO INDIVIDUAL MAKE-UPS.
- Sorry,
NO CASH REFUNDS.
- Applications must be on original forms.

2nd Session Learn to Ski
and Snowboard Program

- No classes during NH Vacation Week, February
25– February 29, 2008.
Lessons resume the week of March 3rd.

- For cancellation

- A student choosing Lift Only

2008
Weekend Learn to Ski and Snowboard Program
For Individuals, Adults and Children.
| The
Weekend Learn to Ski and Snowboard Program offers consecutive
and consistent weekend lessons.
Individuals participating in the Weekend Learn to Ski and
Snowboard Program may choose either a Saturday or
a Sunday for seven weeks.

- Program is a seven week schedule of lessons and skiing.
- Program allows individual signups. Adults and Children
are welcome!
- Classes will start Saturday, January 5, 2008 or Sunday,
January 6, 2008.
- Lesson time 1:30 pm ONLY.
- Program includes one hour of instruction and a FULL DAY/ALL
LIFT ticket.
- Classes will be kept to a maximum of 12 students.
- Juniors are ages 6-17. Students must be at least six years
old by 1/1/08
in order to participate.
- A full rental package is available. No partial rentals.
- If Renting Skis - Please indicate skier type and fill
out all information on our application.
- Lift Only is NOT available for this program.
- THERE WILL
BE NO INDIVIDUAL MAKE-UPS.

Bonus Day:
A Bonus Day has become a
traditional part of the Learn to Ski and Snowboard Program.
It is offered in good will by Pats Peak. It's easy to
redeem! Just bring your laminated tag to the ski school
desk and trade it in for a Full DAY/ALL Lift ticket. The
offer is valid February 25, 2008 through March 23, 2008, weekends
are included BUT Saturday Night POP is EXCLUDED. We offer
free rentals for those who rented equipment during the program.

Cafe Card - $25 ($30 value)
A 16% savings and a great way for students to avoid carrying cash.
However, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen or damage cards.
The discounted cards are only available until December 15, 2007.
Additional face value dollar amounts may be added to the card throughout
the season at any ticket window. Good for cafeteria food only.
Skiing Helmet Options
The Pats Peak Learn to Ski and Snowboard Programs have always focused
on "safety, fun and learning". To show our commitment
to this motto, Pats Peak is offering TWO special helmet programs.
Leedom Helmet for Rental - $30 (Goggles
not included)
If you choose to RENT, Leedom is the helmet of choice. Leedom's
goal is provide kids with a protection that passes the most stringent
safety standards in the industry.
Marker Helmet for Purchase - $60 (Retail
value of $90)
If you choose to PURCHASE a helmet, this season we are offering
Marker helmets with the "Genius " patented adjustment
system. This system allows the helmet to fit properly, even as the
child grows from a size 50 through 56. The unique adjustment band
keeps its shape even as the child grows to assure proper fit while
keeping the helmet from sliding forward or backwards on the head.
The large adjustment wheel is easy to adjust even with gloves on
a snowy day. Genius represents a huge leap in protection and comfort
to growing kids.
"Practice Makes Perfect Pass"

The Practice Makes Perfect Pass is a discounted season pass for
students enrolled in the current Pats Peak Learn to Ski and Snowboard
Program. This pass is valid
anytime. Only offered to students participating in the current Pats
Peak Learn to
Ski and Snowboard Program (with minimum purchase of lift only),
and is non-transferable.
The Marker Goggle - $30
This mid-size frame goggle has 100% UV protection and an amber lens
good for all skiing and riding conditions. Its specifically designed
and shaped to fit Marker Helmets seamlessly, while the gasket looper
back maximizes air intake and exhaust.
Waterproof Ski Mittens - $20
These mittens have an extended cuff for added warmth. Available
in sizes S, M, and L. Black only.
Triple 8 Wrist Guards - $20
Undercover snow wristguard designed to fit comfortably under your
gloves. Perforated neoprene keeps wrists warm but allows brethability.
Removable top and bottom splints allows for custom fit. EZ pull
on loop.
