Forest Discovery Trail at PATS PEAK

Snow Shoe through our Forest Discovery Trail and learn about
trees indigenous to New Hampshire.

Directions to Trail Head:
From the Bluster Lift Shack at the bottom of the Bluster Slope, walk westerly towards the Valley. Look for this identifying trail marker to help guide your way.

Finding your way on the trail:
Follow these arrow trail markers to guide your way through the trail.

Tree Identification:
There are 12 identifiable trees on the trail. Look for posted informational signs on posts near the trees base.

5. Ash
6. Witch-Hazel
7. American Beech
8. White Birch
9. Southern Red Oak
10. Red Maple
11. Striped Maple
12. Black Birch

You should allow 45 minutes
