Weekend Schedule

This is a tentative schedule and subject to changes!

BIKE COURSE IS OPEN FOR RIDING!
The "Group Shack" is where the course begins. As you approach the mountain lodges, you will see a small building off to the right, that is the Group Shack. Please park there. We encourage participants and everyone alike to ride the course (breaking in the course will make for a better race day). Please practice common courtesy if a wedding ceremony
or other activity is taking place in the Base Area. All Pre-Riding must be concluded by 10am on Saturday, May 31st. No one will be allowed to Pre-Ride the course after that time. No Pre-Riding will be allowed while any race is active. The bike course is open daily for Pre-Riding until 10am on Saturday, May 31st. The Downhill course is not available for Pre-Riding until Saturday, May 31st, for paid entrants only (see schedule below).

Friday, May 30
3pm	Camping opens for participants and guests
3pm-7pm	Registration: 24.12.6 Hours of Pats Peak The Pats Peak Downhill Thrill Pats Peak X-Country Challenge Note: Everyone on your team must be present during registration. When all members of your team have signed the insurance waiver, an entry packet will be issued to the team captain that will contain your bike and rider numbers, any event schedule changes and information.
Saturday, May 31
7am-10am	Continental Breakfast (available for purchase)
8am-10am	Registration: 24.12.6 Hours of Pats Peak Registration Note: Everyone on your team must be present during registration. When all members of your team have signed the insurance waiver, an entry packet will be issued to the team captain that will contain your bike and rider numbers, any event schedule changes and information.
8am-1pm	Registration: The Pats Peak Downhill Thrill Pats Peak X-Country Challenge
9am-2pm	Lift Rides available for $5.00 per ride
9am-4pm	The Pats Peak Downhill Thrill Practice
10am-3pm	Lunch (available for purchase)
10:30am	24.12.6 Hours of Pats Peak Riders Meeting (mandatory) This meeting is mandatory for all team captains and is an opportunity for us to go over the event rules prior to the race. Everyone will have a chance to ask questions regarding the race rules, scoring procedures, weekend schedules, etc.
11am-11pm	Sled Pub open *Lite Pub Fare will be available for purchase from 3pm-9pm.
12pm	24.12.6 Hours of Pats Peak Begins
1pm	Kids Race (Under 12 years old; Helmet mandatory)
5pm-10pm	Live Band - "Beechwood", a local Henniker favorite!
6pm	6 Hours of Pats Peak Ends; Awards Following
8pm - 10pm	Jagermeister promo in the Sled Pub with the "Jagerettes"
8:30pm	Riders must start using lights
11pm-5am	Quiet Hours
Sunday, June 1
12am	12 Hours of Pats Peak Ends; Awards 9am
5am	Riders are permitted to ride without lights at this point in the race.
7am-10am	Continental Breakfast (available for purchase)

7am-1:30pm	Registration: Pats Peak X-Country Challenge Registration
9am	X-Country Challenge Beginners Race Begins; First Timers Race to follow; Awards Following

9am-2pm	Lift Rides available for $5.00 per ride
10am	Fun Rides Departing From Pats Peak Parking Lot

12:30pm	The Pats Peak Downhill Thrill Race Begins (2 runs each, Best of 2); Awards Following
2pm	X-Country Challenge Pro/SemiPro/Expert/Expert Open/Expert Singlespeed Begins; Awards Following
You will receive a finalized schedule at your time of check-in. Be sure to take a break from the action and enjoy an Ice Cream at Intervale Ice Cream, located at the bottom of the access road to Pats Peak!
