HEALTH & SAFETY

Updated 1/11/22

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

The health and safety of our guests, staff and community are a priority. We will continuously adjust operations and safety protocols to protect staff and guests. When visiting a public space, risk of being exposed to COVID-19 does exist. Understanding that no reasonable efforts can entirely wipe out possibilities of a virus being transmitted, we remain committed to taking every step to help protect the safety of our staff and guests. The health of our staff is being diligently monitored and remains a priority in our daily operations. Our health and safety policies may be revised at any time.

To Make Your Experience Better and Safer:

  • At this time while at Pats Peak, face coverings are required while indoors, regardless of vaccination status. All staff are required to wear a face covering indoors and outdoors when social distancing is not possible.

  • RESERVATIONS ARE NOW REQUIRED FOR WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAY PERIODS-Purchase on our BOOK YOUR VISIT page on our website (your ticket purchase is your reservation). Pats Peak Season Pass Holders do not need to make a reservation. Voucher, Grappone Season Pass, Indy Pass or Other Products need to make a reservations on our RESERVATION page.

  • We have outdoor heated bathroom facilities at the base of the lifts for those that want to avoid visiting the lodge.

  • We have outdoor seating including additional heaters and wind blocks.

  • We ask that you don't bring bags into the lodge. You should consider your vehicle as your personal base lodge and, whenever possible, plan to store all your personal items there. We also have Outdoor Bag Storage Areas available and Bag Watch is open during busy times.

  • The number of guests in some areas may be reduced at times to ensure proper physical distancing.

  • Download our Pats Peak App, where you can purchase tickets, order food and receive the latest information from the Peak.

Be Responsible

  • Keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet from other people at all times.

  • Practice frequent hand hygiene/washing.
