Lost and Found Policies and Procedures

1. Single gloves, mittens, hats, neckies are to be removed in 24 hours.

2. Mittens and gloves will be disposed of in 24 hours without a phone call.

3. Ski/ride boots and skis and boards, are held for 7 days. After that time and no phone call has been received to hold, items will be removed from our property. 

4. Outerwear items are to be saved for 7 days. Jackets, snow pants, etc.

5. Lunch boxes / bags are saved 24 hours.

6. Electronic devices and wallets are brought into Guest Service Office.

7. Chargers are removed after 24 hours.

8. Back packs and gym bags are held for 7 days. 

9. Water bottles are thrown away in 24 hours.

10. If a person calls and claims an item that is theirs, we tag it and request pick up in 24 hours. Otherwise, items will be sent to them at the customer’s expense.
