This is a 45 minute, on snow, group lesson opportunity for 2 year olds and 3 year olds. Our instructors will provide safe, fun, age appropriate, and engaging activities to help your child get a feel for walking in boots and gliding on snow!

This group lesson will be offered from 11:30am -12:15pm.

Mini Cub’s must purchase a 5 and under lift ticket to participate in this lesson or a child’s season pass.

Please go to the Rental Shop to pick up Mini Cub ticket.

Please allow enough time to get through the Rental Shop and over to the lesson by 11:30am.

Then proceed to the Ski School Hut, near the Bluster Carpet, to meet your instructor.

The child must be dressed in snow gear and have their boots on and equipment with them.

Family members are welcome to watch the lesson from the viewing area.

Lessons are directed with one goal in mind, having fun!

While on snow, our instructors will provide safe, fun, age appropriate lessons to teach your child the fundamentals of skiing and riding:

4 year olds on snow for 60 minutes

5 and 6 year olds on snow for 75-90 minutes

Half-day Cubs go outside once. Full-day cubs go outside twice, once in the AM and once in the PM.

While inside, children will be engaged in activities in our newly designed Cub’s Club area.

These activities will focus on, and enhance, the muscle areas that are used while skiing/riding.

The Cub’s Club area will have a climbing space, balance beams, and more!

In addition, there will be age appropriate activities to explore!

All parents or guardians need to remain on Pats Peak property through the duration of the students stay in Cubs and Bears. This is for any “emergency” concerns that may come up. Your phone contact should be in our system. If not, please leave with us at registration.

Kids' Seasonal Programs focus on fun, recreational skiing while incorporating skier/rider etiquette, safety and mountain awareness.
Sessions Leave the Bear's Den:
9:30am for AM session. Parents must pick up their children at 12:00pm.
1:00pm for PM session. Parents must pick up their children at 3:30pm.

There are no refunds if the child leaves the program or advances.

Lunch is not included. Children must be picked up for lunch.
