Assistant Facilities Manager (Full-Time, Year-Round)

Pats Peak is seeking a hands-on Assistant Facilities Manager to support the maintenance and operation of our base area buildings. This role includes repairing and maintaining all base area buildings, snow removal from the decks and entrances, light carpentry and minor electrical and plumbing projects. Seasonal employees enjoy FREE skiing and snowboarding all winter long, plus additional perks, discounts, and rewards.

Value Added to Employee ID for Seasonal Employees

For every hour worked, $1 in value will be added to your employee ID beginning December 1, 2026, and ending the week of March 26, 2027.

For example, work 40 hours and receive $40 in value; work 12 hours and receive $12 in value.

This added value can be used in the cafeteria, for ticket and rental products, and in the retail shop (employee discounts apply only to cash sales in the retail shop). Added value cannot be used in the Pub.

Employees are encouraged to use the added value as it is added each week. Any unused value issued during the season will be removed on April 1, 2027.

Access to the Indy Employee Pass

This is an opt-in program that will provide two days at each participating resort. Click Here to see PARTICIPATING INDY EMPLOYEE PASS RESORTS.

Pats Peak will issue a permission code to employee requesting an Employee Pass. You will need to open an account with Indy Pass, pay a $25 administration fee, and upload a photo of your most recent pay stub. Passes will then be mailed directly to you.
