We need the following breakdowns:

  1. Total number of guests
  2. Rentals (Ski/Snowboard)

  4. Time of Arrival, Departure, & Mode of Transportation

We understand that changes sometimes need to be made the day of the trip…NO WORRIES! Please email the Trip Planner (either Excel or PDF) to us on TUESDAY at [email protected].

*We accept one form of payment on the day of the trip. (Check, Cash, MC, VISA, AMEX).

What happens when we arrive at Pats Peak?

The Group Leader will check-in at the Group Sales Shack, located at the top right side of the parking lot. Only the Group Leader will be allowed in the Group Shack, as only one payment is accepted per group!

What happens at Check-In?

The Group Leader will pick up the Total number of tickets, Combo Packages and Snowtubing Tickets. Payment is collected in one form on the day of the trip.

What happens after Check-In?

Once the tickets have been picked up, the group can proceed to the Rental Shop and designated Lesson Times. (LESSONS LEAVE PROMPTLY AT DESIGNATED TIMES)

Ski Patrol Forms: Form needs to be turned in with Trip Planner at time of Check In. Forms will be delivered to Ski Patrol Office.

Emergency Release Medical Forms: These forms are for minors traveling without a parent/guardian. This form needs to be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian for each minor in the group BEFORE arrival to the mountain. The Group Leader keeps these forms in the event of an emergency giving the leader the authorization to have the group member treated. It is a good idea to bring an extra vehicle in case of an emergency. Download the Emergency Medical Release form (pdf file)
