Lost and Found Policies and Procedures

Single gloves, mittens, hats, neckies are to be removed in 24 hours.
Mittens and gloves will be disposed of in 24 hours without a phone call.
Ski/ride boots and skis and boards, are held for 7 days. After that time and no phone call has been received to hold, items will be removed from our property.
Outerwear items are to be saved for 7 days. Jackets, snow pants, etc.
Lunch boxes / bags are saved 24 hours.
Electronic devices and wallets are brought into Guest Service Office.
Chargers are removed after 24 hours.
Back packs and gym bags are held for 7 days.
Water bottles are thrown away in 24 hours.
If a person calls and claims an item that is theirs, we tag it and request pick up in 24 hours.
