Cancellation policy for lift tickets/packages: Non-refundable.
We will issue the ability to use it at a future date: If the resort is not operating for the day of your lift ticket. If the State of NH closes to visitors or enacts a quarantine during the time of your booking. If where you live enacts a stay-at-home order or quarantine for re-entering the state (with documentation of your residency and the official stay-at-home order or quarantine). If you or someone in your immediate family is under quarantine. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose. With a doctor's note or positive SARS-COV-2 test result. You may change your reservation for a date more than 2 weeks in the future of your original arrival date if you have one of the reasons listed above due to COVID-19.
