WINTER SEASON POSITIONS:

ASSISTANT CULINARY SERVICES DIRECTOR

Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of culinary services staff.  Operation is twofold:  
Winter:   Quick paced “grab & go” hot and cold food with auxiliary higher end pub satellite location (80% vs 20% respectively).  
Non winter:    Weddings, parties, and company outings.  
This is a hands on position for an individual to have the ability to learn from the best and eventually take over the entire operation.   The position is assistant now and will transition to director level with the retirement (date to be determined) of our head chef.   A successful candidate will also hire their replacement in this capacity.  Reports to Culinary Services Director and then General Manager upon successful transition.  Applications are being accepted through Indeed.com via this link:  indeed.com/job/assistant-culinary-services-director-fbe5108d85b86079 

CLEANING TEAM MEMBER/SUPERVISOR

Pats Peak is looking for a full-time seasonal cleaning team member - December- End of March. Daily duties will include but not be limited to: maintaining a high level of cleanliness of all lodges, bathroom and grounds. The team also sets up for special events.  This position does require constant walking, climbing of ladders and stairs and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You must be able to work days, nights and weekends. Winter hours will approach 50-60 weekly. Normal work week for the ski season is 6 day a week with a few weeks of 7 days during vacation weeks. Hours will mostly be 12 p.m. till 11 p.m. Night and weekends are a must.

GROOMER

We are looking for strongly detailed individuals to join our grooming team. Person must be flexible, able to work nights and weekends and very detail oriented. Past grooming experience is preferred with mechanical experience and heavy equipment operation is a plus. Terrain park grooming experience a plus. To apply, use our Online Job Application.

Part-time winter seasonal Stock Person. Responsible for all restocking of deliveries, as well as proper rotation of stock. Also responsible for several vending machines and maintaining beverage line in Cafeteria. Weekends a must!

LIFT ATTENDANT

Full Time and Part Time positions available. Operate chair lifts and maintain terminal areas. Perform crowd control. Checks lift tickets and lift passes.  This is an outside job working in a variety of winter weather elements. The Lift Attendant oversees the daily operation of a chair lift in a safe and efficient manner while promoting positive guest relations with riders and co-workers. Must be 16+.

PARKING ATTENDANT

Assists guest arriving and leaving from Pats Peak. Performs traffic control. Assists in ensuring steady traffic flow.  Previous Guest Service experience desired. This is an outside job working in a variety of winter weather elements. The Parking Attendant helps with the steady flow of traffic in a safe and efficient manner while promoting positive guest relations with guests and co-workers.

RACE DEPARTMENT: COACHES AND RACE CREW

We are looking for race crew staff to assist with our busy race schedule. If you have racing and/or coaching experience, please apply. Job duties entail: coaching high school teams, set-up and take-down of training and race courses, and course maintenance during high school and corporate races. Ideal availability is Monday through Thursday from 1-9pm and some Friday afternoons. RENTAL SHOP SKI TECH

SLED PUB BARBACKS

The Sled Pub at Pats Peak is looking for experienced barbacks during the winter season. The barback is responsible for, but not limited to, assisting the bartenders, food running, as well as helping with opening and closing procedures. Flexible weeknight and consistent weekend availability is a must. This is a part time position. Eligible for Skiing and Riding privileges.

SLED PUB HOST/HOSTESS

 The Sled Pub is looking for experienced hosts for the upcoming season! Hosting is an excellent way to learn more about the service industry and begin to move up in the ranks. Some of the position responsibilities include maintaining seating plan, greeting guests, accommodating guests, bussing tables, and assisting Front of House. Must have weekend and evening availability, a positive and outgoing attitude, be organized, and able to multi-task. Restaurant/customer service experience is required. SKI INSTRUCTORS FOR CHILDREN PROGRAMS

We have a very busy weekend and holiday schedule for teaching children ages 3 to 13 years old. Through both private hourly lessons and groups of 3-6, we are busy from 8:00am-3:00pm. On Saturdays we are open through 8:00pm and have many request lessons through 6:00 pm. The schedule options are twofold. First is from 8:00am – 4:00pm. The second is 10:00am-6:00pm. We have season long classes as well. Cubs and Bears run from 9:30am -3:30/4:00pm.
Duties include:
•    Ability to ski or ride at a novice to intermediate level.
•    Able to lift 40 pounds.
•    Being able to be outdoors for long periods of time.
•    Safety is a primary concern. We have training modules at the beginning of the season that are mandatory. Daily training is also available early morning and mid-day.
•    Willingness to share departments at ski area, if needed.

Assists guest loading and unloading from snow tubes and maintains terminal areas. Checks tickets and passes. This is an outside job working in a variety of winter weather elements. The Tubing Park Attendant helps with the daily operation of the Tubing Park in a safe and efficient manner while promoting positive guest relations with guests and co-workers. Must be 14+.
