CHEF – FULL TIME YEAR ROUND
Pats Peak is unique in that it operates year-round with an F&B department. In the winter we are a fast paced 2 – outlet “grab & go” set up (Tradewinds Cafeteria and Twisters Snack Bar), and pub oriented plated menu (Sled Pub) operation. During the non-ski season, we operate two full time banquet halls (complete with air conditioning) that have weddings, private parties, company outings and various business meetings. Manage 50 to 70 banquets per season with many events occurring on same day. Benefits include health insurance, generous profit sharing, & 401k match. - Value Added to Employee ID for Seasonal Employees: For every hour worked $1 value will be added to the employee’s ID starting December 1, 2023 and ending the week of March 23, 2024. For example – work 40 hours get $40 value added, work 12 hours get $12 value added. This added value can be used in the cafeteria, for ticket/rental products and in the retail shop (employee discounts only apply to cash sales in the retail shop). Added value is not available for use in the Pub. Employees are encouraged to use the added value as it is added each week. Any unused added value issued during the season will be removed on April 1, 2024.
- Indy ADDON Pass: Pats Peak Employees can purchase the INDY ADDON pass. The Indy Pass offers 2 days each at 100+ independent ski areas across the US, Canada, and Japan, plus 25% off your third visit.
